Return and Exchange Policy

Returns for Sunglasses and Eyeglasses (without powered lenses):

• Returns upon Delivery: You can return the product upon delivery by paying the “delivery charge” if it does not meet your expectations.
• Exchanges: If you made full payment, we offer exchanges for:
  • Products not as expected
  • Incorrect size
  • Change of mind

To Initiate an Exchange:

• Contact us via phone or Facebook Messenger within 24 hours of delivery.
• Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, with intact seals and tags.
• Our delivery personnel will assist with the exchange upon delivery of the new product.
